Introduction

Use mobile internet technology and built-in algorithms to bring pregnancy care information to women and healthcare professionals anywhere in the world. The aim is to empower women to seek the right care and support doctors, nurses and midwives to provide that care. In developed countries, we will provide a paperless, smart and woman-owned pregnancy care platform fit for the 21st century. In developing countries, we will provide a technology leap that could help save the lives of pregnant women and their babies.

Pregnant women are in the demographic where smartphone usage is high. National and international guidelines contain information to help provide the right care in almost every pregnancy situation. We can now reach women & their carers even if there are no roads, hospitals or mobile signal. There is a drive to use paperless systems, computer-assisted decision support and offer pregnant women more information & choice. We can do all these cheaper than it currently costs using paper.
